1.Vampire Bat Leaves DIY Halloween Decor
A great one for the kids to try! All you have to do is gather some leaves. After that, spray them with matte black paint. And use a white marker to draw on little faces.
2.Feather Wreath DIY Halloween Decor
Give a feather wreath a dark twist by covering a grapevine wreath form with black spray paint.
Add a bit of craft glue to the ends of craft feathers. After that dress them up with glitter.
Once they’re dry, dip the quill of each feather in glue. Next, tuck them into the wreath form. To finish the look, use wire to attach a faux black crow.
3.Googly Eye Produce DIY Model
Fruit and veggies, like eggplant, broccoli and kiwis, can easily become Halloween decor with the addition of plastic googly eyes.
4.Halloween Stress Balls DIY Halloween Decorations
5. Bug Art Display DIY Halloween Decors
Download and print out our Halloween bugs and ID tags artwork onto cardstock.
Carefully cut out the bug shapes and tags with scissors, then fold the bugs at the joints to create dimension. (We use a bone folder for crisp edges, but you can also use the back of a scissor or an old pen that’s run out of ink!)
Use a glue stick or glue dots to attach the bugs to the backing of a variety of shadowbox frames (we lined all of our frames with white paper for consistency). Glue on the ID tags and hang your creepy crawlies with
Command strips. Add extra bugs that have “escaped” to the outside of the frames and the wall using removable glue dots.
6. Cobweb Wreath DIY Halloween Decor
To make this unique mini-wreath, stretch a faux cobweb over a 12″ embroidery hoop.
Then, trim any extra web off the back and add a few small spiders to the front.
7.Webbed Placemats DIY Halloween Decors
Decorate the table with DIY placemats made out of puff paint and parchment paper.
Using the puff pant, make a web shape onto the parchment paper. Let it dry and set overnight, so you can peel the paper off the back.
Place it underneath a clear plate to show off your handwork.
8. Halloween Bar Cart DIY Halloween Models
Wrap large helium balloons with tulle. Tie ribbon at the base and trim the skirt as needed.
To dress up ordinary liquor bottles, print retro labels on sticker paper and attach.
9. Spider Web Wreath
To make this clever wreath, fold 2 sheets of black paper accordion-style (about 1.5″ inch folds). Then fold each in half lengthwise.
Cut the top of the fold diagonally. So you’ll have a pointed end when it’s unfolded. Then, cut three rectangles out of the paper, about half an inch apart, on each segment. Once you have folded and cut both sheets of paper, tie them together tightly at their center folds.
Take each loose edge of folded paper and attach it to the end next to it with glue. In due time, the paper will open up like a web!
10. Broom-Turned-Chandelier DIY Halloween
Cast a spell over your dining room table by suspending a witch’s broom from the ceiling.
Carefully balance mason jars from the handle for added mood lighting.
